All weather neck rug that can be put back with the turnout rug. Pu waterproof and breath ability coating makes it resistant to all weather conditions. The edging behind the ears is artificial rabbit skin that prevents rubbing of the mane.

Outer fabric is made of 1680 denier high tenacity polyester. This makes the neck rug extremely strong, durable and dirt repellent. Four strong Velcro fastenings to attach to the rug and two strong Velcro closures.
